Guided Full Moon Fasts

A monthly reset of body, mind, and spirit

You’re invited into a free / donation-based, 4-day fasting container held under the full moon, designed to support physical clearing, mental clarity, and spiritual re-orientation.

This container is not about rigidity or perfection.
It is about deep listening, simplifying, and restoring right relationship with your body and life. We take a moment of pause and rest to allow our bodies to clean and regenerate themselves, to quiet the mind, and to ask for guidance and clear direction in our lives.

Whether this is your first such reset or another step along your journey to wholeness, you are welcome to join us!

We will be holding these fasts every month around the Full Moon!


What To Expect

This is a shared ceremonial and practical space where we work with:

  • The principles of fasting and regenerative detoxification
  • The interaction of our bodies with natural cycles
  • Tools for nervous-system regulation and self-awareness
  • Reflection, integration, and prayer

Communication & Support

You’ll receive:

  • Guidance for engaging the fast safely and accessibly
  • Options for different levels of fasting and detox
  • Daily prompts or reflections to support integration
  • Resources for supporting self-regulation and emotional processing
  • A shared community container held through the full moon cycle

During the four days, we will communicate via text and/or WhatsApp to share resources, ask questions, and encourage one another. I am available during these four days during morning (8-11am) and evening (5-9pm) hours for group engagement, questions, and general support. Limited 1:1 support is also offered for more personal or private questions/concerns.

An optional opening Zoom call may be offered on the morning of the first day for orientation, questions, and settling into the container. Attendance will not be required, and a recording will be provided if held.


Flexible Participation

Participation is flexible and self-directed, with guidance offered to support a wide range of bodies, capacities, and levels of experience.

You are welcome to:

  • Fast for all four days
  • Fast for one or two days
  • Fast with water, electrolytes, or herbal teas (recommendations provided)
  • Engage in a gentler fast with light, supportive nourishment (recommendations provided)
  • Experiment with your own methods and tools within

You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and adapt the experience to your capacity. There is no “right way” to participate.

The intention is to build consistency and momentum toward better health, holistic habits, and deeper alignment with our personal prayers and proposals for life. Prioritizing balance and long-term commitment to oneself in this process is highly encouraged ⎯ true healing takes time and engages us on all levels of our being!


Who This Is For

This container may be supportive if you are:

  • Feeling physically burdened, foggy, or stagnant
  • At a personal, emotional, or spiritual threshold
  • Seeking clarity, renewal, or a reset of habits and direction
  • Curious about fasting or natural approaches to health
  • Wanting to move more intentionally with natural cycles

No prior fasting experience is required.

This container is offered as free / donation-based, in the spirit of service, accessibility, and mutual upraising. I firmly believe that these times are calling for deep transformation and radical renewal, as well as stronger relationships and community networks. Your participation allows me to put my knowledge to work and continue refining my offerings, and for that I am grateful!

Continuing the Work (Optional)

At the close of the fast, I’ll also share about opportunities for ongoing 1:1 support for those who feel called to continue this work more deeply and personally — integrating holistic detox and regenerative nutrition with long-term habit change, mindset shifts, spiritual grounding, and lifestyle support!

There is no pressure to continue. This fast stands complete in itself.

I encourage you to repeat the monthly Full Moon fast as often as you like, as long as you are being a supportive and kind presence in the group.
