I will design a personalized regeneration protocol for you based on your health history, current habits, and future goals.
Your protocol includes a one-on-one support call (1-1.5 hours) where we will address any your concerns, questions, and obstacles in getting started.

These conversation calls are 1-hour each.
Here we will focus more on re-ordering and re-storying the way we live our lives as a whole, the daily habits and obstacles for the flow of physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual nourishment. We aim for greater integration of our whole selves and our relationships via small incremental improvement and the small cracks and openings in many interdependent aspects of Life.
My way of consultation or conversation involves a balance between disruption and affirmation; I will challenge limited beliefs and masks, outdated paradigms of self and other, while simultaneously tending the embers and sparks of a deeper truth within you and helping you to build the day-to-day infrastructure of healthy, life-sustaining habits.

Micro-dosing with master Plant teachers
Because our physical body is so deeply connected to our emotional and mental worlds, natural processes of detoxification will often open up old emotional wounds, mental blocks, and cellular memories in need of healing and release. This is a gift and opportunity, as well as a challenge.
Plants can be some of our greatest allies and teachers in the easing and unfolding of psychospiritual processes and self-realization. Flowers are especially helpful for emotional turbulence and purification because of their sweet and forgiving nature. They remind us to find beauty both within and without.
For this reason, I have a small collection of micro-dosing tinctures and flower essences available for going deeper into spiritual and emotional inner work. I also have some formulas available for supporting physical healing processes or may recommend a trusted provider to get you what you need.
It truly is a mind and heart-opening experience to enter into deeper layers of communication and exchange with our lovely botanical relatives…a level of communication that is more easily accessible via the heightened sensitivity of eating a high vibrational, raw food diet.
